Xyon Labs is a robotics engineering consultancy. We take systems from concept through CAD, electronics and firmware to ROS 2 software, simulation and field testing, for clients worldwide.

Sithija Vihanga Ranaraja
Founder and principal engineer
Robotics and AI engineer and PhD researcher in robotics, control and intelligent systems. Sithija founded Xyon Labs and leads its engineering.
He has built mobile robots and manipulators end to end, led a multi-floor receptionist robot tested in real buildings, worked on a twelve-robot outdoor mapping fleet at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, and delivered LiDAR perception systems on target hardware.
Ishara Rajarathne
Lead engineer
Ishara leads engineering studies and system architecture work. He led the healthcare mobile-manipulator platform selection study, comparing ten platforms on real-time control, ROS 2 driver support, cost and supply-chain risk, and delivering a costed bill of materials and a functional-safety relay specification.
